Where you use these channels, this data may include personal data relating to your own customers, drivers, or sales representatives, which you are responsible for having a lawful basis to share with us.

- To deliver and support the Services you've requested, including operating the channels through which orders are captured and matching, verifying and syncing orders against your ERP, WMS or other systems of record.

We never use your data for advertising, profiling, or unsolicited outreach.

- Platform-stored data, including order and operational data, is retained for as long as your subscription is active in order to provide the Services.
- Following termination, we will make your data available for export in a commonly used format for 60 days on request, and will then delete it, unless a longer period is otherwise agreed with you in writing or required by law.
- Data required to fulfil legal or accounting obligations may be stored for a longer period in compliance with applicable laws.
